DESCRIPTION

Low fermentation amber beer. The term "Bock" derives from the German city of Einbeck (Lower Saxony) where the style had its origins. A beer with a high alcohol content with a sweet aroma and intense malty flavour. Traditionally, these beers were produced in convents for religious holiday celebrations.
