Ginevra Beer

DESCRIPTION

A slightly fermented blonde beer with a straw hue. Produced using pure alpine spring water, it is a very light and dry beer with a slightly malty scent and a complex bouquet of aromatic notes typical of the “Saaz” hop, releasing herbaceous hints and a delicate bitterness that is quite pleasing on the palate.

Pilsner is a type of beer beer developed in the city of Plzeň, in the Bohemian region of the Czech Republic.

It differs from other lagers due to the marked role of the hops, in particular the renowned  “Saaz”, from the city of western Bohemia with the same name.
